Draw It. Print It. Eat It! Four simple steps from scanning the QR code to eating a fresh open-outline amber sugar lollipop.
Each guest scans the QR code and selects an icon from the library or types a name: bunny, bear, star, heart, butterfly, rocket, dinosaur, unicorn, dog and celebration phrases. Once chosen, they lay a bamboo skewer on the print plate ready for printing.
A bamboo skewer is laid across the print plate before printing begins. As the nozzle draws the open outline in molten amber sugar, the line bonds to the stick. This turns the finished piece into a lollipop guests can lift and eat.
The machine draws the chosen design in molten sugar onto the plate: names, characters and bold shapes, all produced live. Guests watch the open outline appear in real time. Each print is ready within a few minutes.
When the sugar sets, the piece lifts off the plate as a lollipop to eat on the spot or take home. Each guest leaves with their own edible open-outline design.

A sugar doodle is an open-outline design drawn in one thin continuous line of translucent amber caramelised sugar on a dark print plate. The line is hollow inside, like a wire drawing or neon sign. It is not a filled or moulded shape. A bamboo skewer is laid under the design so the sugar bonds to it. When the sugar sets, the piece lifts off as a lollipop.
